1 comprehensive one-hour physical exam/well child exam annually
Lab reviews for diabetes, high cholesterol, vitamin D, blood counts, thyroid, kidney/liver function, stool testing (when applicable)
Review of recommended screenings and referrals if needed (colonoscopy, mammogram)
Standard office visits at least 30 minutes
Management of a wide variety of chronic conditions such as hypertension, ADHD, depression, diabetes, and high cholesterol with appropriate follow-up without a copay or coinsurance (typical copays range from $30-$50 and a simple follow up office visit can range from $125-$150)
